Top Kitchens operates primarily as a B2B (Business-to-Business) supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, catering supplies, and related electro-mechanical design and installation services. All proposals, quotations, and contracts are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and technical specifications provided on our website and in our catalogs are accurate. However, manufacturers may alter specifications without prior notice. Top Kitchens reserves the right to supply equipment with modified specifications provided the general performance is not materially affected.
All prices quoted are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless stated otherwise. Quotations are generally valid for a period of 30 days. Top Kitchens reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, manufacturer price increases, or unforeseen shipping surcharges prior to final order confirmation.
Where installation and site supervision are included in the contract, the client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and clear, with all necessary utilities (water, electricity, gas, drainage) brought to the final connection points according to our provided electro-mechanical drawings. Delays caused by site unreadiness may incur additional charges.
We provide standard manufacturer warranties on all major equipment, typically covering defective parts and labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of commissioning, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper daily cleaning, lack of preventative maintenance, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
Top Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our supplied equipment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
